Listen to your intuition when working with flower and gem essences. It is not about the amount of the essence you use at once; it's about consistency of use. In general, it is recommended to add 2-4 drops to water or under the tongue, 1-4x per day. It is helpful to work with them for about two weeks at a time. Notice shifts in consciousness. If you like to meditate, consider working with the essence that way. You can also work with essences externally by adding drops to your bath, perfume, lotions, room sprays, and more.
